Eligibility:

• Open to HP Ireland-authorised resellers only.
• Participants must be employees of a registered HP partner based in the Republic of Ireland.
• By participating, entrants confirm they have obtained approval from their employer to take part.

Incentive Period:

• The promotion runs from 11th March 2025 to 31st October 2025.
• Monthly prize winners will be announced on the 30th of each month.

Entry Criteria & Prize Allocation: Entries will be based on the sales performance of HP products as defined in the incentive criteria. Winner each month will be the highest performer based on HP’s official sales tracking.
HP reserves the right to verify sales data before confirming winners. Each winner will be notified via email and/or phone.

Tax & Compliance: All taxes related to the prize will be covered by Live Events Limited t/an Energy Group, 97 Sandymount Road, Dublin 4. Participants are responsible for any personal tax implications as per Irish tax law.

General Terms: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative rewards. HP reserves the right to modify or terminate the incentive without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, HP’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent activity will be disqualified. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Legal Compliance: This incentive is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
